Comparative Evaluation of Primary Stability between Different Diameters Multi-Scale Roughness Dental Implant by Solid Rigid Polyurethane Simulation

Background: Implant primary stability is determined by screw characteristics and surgical procedure. The aim of the present study was to evaluate, on a polyurethane model, insertion torque (IT), removal (RT), resonance frequency analysis (RFA) multi-scale roughness dental implants different diameters. Methods: Two implant sizes were tested two blocks (20 pounds per cubic foot (PCF) 30 PCF): 3.0 diameter 13 mm length 5.0 length. IT, RT, RFA assessed. Results: A significant difference IT RT in favor wider at both densities. No statistical between statistically increased reported for PCF blocks. Conclusions: Multi-scale diameters showed high blocks, which valuable loading protocols.
